Equine Wellness Package
CVS is pleased to annouce the Equine Wellness Package for our equine patients. The package price is $350 per horse (15% savings). This package includes a Spring and Fall visit. Package includes:
Spring: Wellness Exam, West Nile/Eastern/Western Sleeping Sickness and Tetanus, Influenza/Rhinopneumonitits, Fecal Egg Count, Deworming, and Coggins Test.
Fall: Dental Exam/Float (Dental Equilibration), Sheath/Udder Cleaning, Fecal Egg Count, Deworming, Rabies.
This package MUST be paid in for in full at the time of purchase. This package price is only good for clinic visits, and does not include mileage and farm stop fees. Once purchased , the package is non-refundable, no substitutions will be allowed and all services must be used within a calendar year. If the horse dies while participating in the program, a prorated refund will be given. Dental work includes sedation, a complete oral exam, and basic performance float (including bit seats), and does not include advanced work such as extractions or radiographs. Horses must be at least 1 year of age to participate. Horses without a previous vaccination history will require booster vaccinations not included with this program. Strangles vaccination is also not included in this program.
